Central Mass FPVers are a group of first-person-view UAV and
drone-racing enthusiasts in the Central Massachusetts area. We
put the emphasis on having fun. All experience levels are
welcome, and we're happy to help out flyers new to the remote-control
hobby or new to
FPV.
You'll usually find us the Wachusett RC
Flyers field (map)
in Sterling, MA on Saturdays if the weather is nice (and on other days
of the week, too). Vistors are welcome to stop by and see what
we're up to.
We use the RotorHazard Timing
System
to time our laps and manage races. While we're casual about
racing, the timing system keeps things interesting, whether we're
lining up to compete or just running practice laps.
